On the task list for Monday - a visit to Bungalow Heaven, Pasadena’s Historic Landmark District containing over 800 homes built from 1900 to he 1930s. The area represents the first residential community established in Pasadena, itself founded justt 31 years earlier in 1875.

Read MoreJust a few weeks in my new city, sheltering in the apartment except for grocery trips and regular neighborhood walks or runs. Fortunate to be in a walkable city with tree-lined streets and access to natural open space. Though I would love to be free to explore the wider region, Pasadena is a great home base.
